Visual workflow editor for creating and managing IVR call flows for CRM integration.
What I did
Front-end designed and built from scratch.
Highlights
- Implemented drag-and-drop node editing with custom nodes, connections, conditional branching and validation.
- Supported save, edit and delete workflows and serialized completed flows to structured JSON for backend/CRM consumption.
- Designed interactive states and user flows for business users managing telephone menus.
